I'm Julie Torani. For 20+ years I worked in operations at Thomson Reuters, KPMG, BMO Capital Markets and Doane Grant Thornton, where I led AI strategy and transformation for one of Canada's largest accounting firms. I kept seeing the same thing: small businesses rarely get access to that kind of experience, yet they're the ones who feel the pressure most. Owners do client work all day, then chase documents and answer the same questions at night. I started JT Strategic Consulting to change that, at a price that makes sense for a small firm. I run a small business myself, so I know what it's like when everything lands on your desk.
